We’re so glad you asked! The Body Story Method® Technique was developed by Claudia Domancie over 25 years of transforming clients’ minds and bodies, working alongside Drs and Alignment Professionals, research, observation and 1000s of success stories.

The Body Story Method® combines her expertise in Reflexology, Pilates, Myofascial Networks, Yoga, NLP, Enneagram, Reiki into a simple method that harnesses the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Who Body Story Method Is For

You do not need special gifts, talents or “healing hands” to learn the Body Story Method®. In fact Claudia admits she couldn’t even connect to her own body or heal from her trauma when she first started out!

What Is It Like To Study Body Story Method?

Who Is Claudia Domancie?

Claudia is a highly experienced trauma-informed practitioner, compassionate healer and founder of The Body Story Method.

A mother of two originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, she has personally navigated the terrain of anxiety, depression and PTSD while raising a family and building a thriving practice.

Her journey from surviving violence and trauma to discovering true healing has shaped her deep understanding of the body's wisdom and the nervous system's capacity to reset and restore. Over 25+ years, she has complemented her expertise with qualifications as a Clinical Pilates Instructor, Advanced NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Reflexologist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer and Personal Trainer. She has worked with thousands

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 30 minutes without any obligation to sign up to trainings

  • No. We use movement, posture, breath and nervous system tools to access what the mind can’t explain

  • Only the Body Story Plan includes a workout. All other trainings look at movement patterns of the body and where stuckness/ tension shows and we reset these movement patterns so you can show up differently emotionally

  • All Body Story Readings and Body Story Plans are online. Trainings and the Healing Journey are in person and online

  • Emotional release looks different for everyone. It might be subtle body shifts, new body awareness, or gradual tension release.

  • We do all deal with emotions differently however the body always shows the same patterns of movement that I’ve mapped over 25 years that show what’s coming up to be healed and trapped in your body
