The Body Story Method® is a philosophy, a science, and an intuitive, hands-on approach that allows the body to lead and guide us to release stress, rebalance and harmonise.
There is an innate intelligence inside every body to grow, repair and heal itself. Just as our skin repairs itself, breathing is just a given and our nails grow without us telling the body to do these things, our bodies know how to harness this innate intelligence – or Life Force Energy – to heal and release.
The body and nervous system are the pathway through which Energy flows. Unprocessed emotions create a blockage in parts of the body creating stuckness, disconnection, inflammation and more.

The Body Story Method® is a powerful and holistic approach that works with the body’s natural intelligence to release stress, pain and tension, supporting healing and wellbeing from within. It is a complementary modality and not a registered or regulated primary health care profession. Practitioners do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. It is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that activates the body’s innate wisdom to restore balance and vitality. It does not involve any massage or manipulation of any part of the body.

The Body Story Method® was developed by Claudia Domancie over 25+ years of study, transforming minds and bodies of thousands of clients, working with Alignment Professionals and Doctors and testing and refining the Body Story Method for over 5 years.
She is a Body Language Expert and Somatic Movement Specialist. She is a Master NLP Practitioner, Diploma Qualified Clinical Pilates Teacher, Enneagram Coach, Reflexologist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Healer. She recognises and has witnessed the power of the body’s ability to heal itself as the best way to treat post trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, illness and inflammation.
After refining her methods to find the most effective way to help people heal, the Body Story Method was born.
