A client comes in for their Pilates/ movement session, they’re in pain and you haven’t planned for how they are feeling - what do you do? You’ve got other clients coming in as it’s a group session and now you’ve got less you’re able to give the client in pain and don’t know how you’re going to fill the hour for them and also still keep the session challenging for the other clients in the session.
You’ve got a late cancellation policy so you can’t turn the client away and don’t want to seem rude so you allow the client to join the session, hoping it’ll go ok - internally you’re stressing, overthinking and slightly winging it just skating passed the pain and avoiding the painful area altogether.
The session goes ok - well no one complained at least and your client seems fine. You suggest the client in pain comes to a private session but they can’t afford it and prefer coming with the group, they return again the next time and the same story repeats!
There are many ways you can assist the client in pain other than needing to avoid the process of “hoping, avoiding and repeating”
What if I told you there’s a way you can read your clients instantly and know where to begin especially when more than one area is in pain!
You can also read what’s happening emotionally for them - without needing to have emotions being dumped on you and have the ability to include exercises and cues that will help them walk out not just changing their body but being able to shift their life too just by seeing you for a movement session!

Pain and Injury Training
IS NOT:
THIS TRAINING IS NOT ABOUT:
Diagnosing clients with what injuries they have, it is about learning to see imbalance, understanding the interconnected relationship of fascia, emotions and seeing the body as a whole instead of parts
Replacing Psychological assistance for clients nor diagnosing them with mental issues. It’s about noticing body movement patterns, imbalance, disconnection and hearing where clients are experiencing pain and taking into consideration how suppressed emotions can impact specific areas of the body
Gaining a psychic ability- it’s learning to see the client in front of you and knowing what to include in their session when seeing particular body movement patterns, breath and even positions in the body
Qualifying you as an Instructor- you need to be an Instructor or at least studying a course to become one when signing up for this training
This Training Is For:
This training is suitable for Pilates Instructors and alignment professionals like Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists
Refine technique and exercises for specific conditions
Develop workouts and plans intuitively without alot of forward planning
Less time in your head thinking of what to give next and more time transforming clients minds and bodies with precision
Testimonials
-
"Claudia's deep understanding of anatomical fascial connections was immediately clear - this pinpointed areas of tightness and weakness just by observing me stand. She quickly identified the root causes of my pain and limited range of motion.
In one session, her targeted exercises released tension and improved my mobility and stability. My running stride felt noticeably smoother and stronger afterward. If you're wanting to work with clients on a deeper level, you need to learn the Body Story Method!”
Jason Izydorczyk - Osteopath -
“This method is like learning a whole new language of the body. In just a few days, I started spotting key micro cues and understanding what my clients' bodies were really telling me — emotionally and physically. It’s already transformed how I teach. This needs to be shared on every big Pilates stage!”
Lauren, Pilates Studio Owner & Instructor -
“The Body Story Method helped me navigate emotional upheaval and recurring injuries — without losing momentum in my strength and fitness goals. It’s a subtle process with a powerful impact.
I’ve gained deep awareness of not just how I move, but why. It’s like learning a new language for healing and alignment.”
Amy Bell, Master Trainer & Coach -
“Before learning the Body Story Method, I relied on posture and what clients told me, now I see what they need — before they say a word!
The Body Story Method has taken my confidence and coaching to the next level. Now, I can see so much more just by observing their bodies.
I’m able to give them what they didn’t even know they needed — and my confidence as a teacher and coach has soared.”
Tawhnee, Pilates Instructor & Life Coach -
“One session and I walked out pain-free. Claudia’s small adjustments made a huge difference — I’m sleeping better and moving with ease again.
It's incredible how you can access and apply Body Story Method just by watching how I move, making small adjustments that have such a big impact on my body"”
Mike Fitzptrick, BSM Client -
"I worked with a chronic pain client suffering for 10 years with pelvic issues. Using Body Story Method, I made him aware of far more than just the pain—he left feeling significantly lighter.
His response: 'I've never had this result from any treatment.' After a decade of care, that shift was remarkable.
For myself, practicing the techniques revealed how crucial foot perception is for the entire body. The connection was undeniable and immediately impactful."
Richard Stevens - Osteopath and Body Story Practitioner
-
“The Body Story Method helped me see how rejection from my past created invisible limits in my life. I’d built a boundary around what felt ‘safe,’ but it was holding me back from so many things I wanted to do.
Just understanding how my body was bracing — and that it was part of an old story — helped me shift out of those patterns. I’m finally taking steps toward goals I’ve put off for years.”
Kate - Body Story Practitioner -
““This training gave me the confidence to work with clients in pain. Claudia’s support is amazing — I’m actually excited to take on these clients now!”
Melbourne based Pilates Studio Owner
-
"After a protruding disc injury, I lived with chronic pain and lost confidence in my body's abilities.
Unlike other practitioners targeting my neck, Claudia assessed my feet first—pinpointing issues I didn't realize contributed to my pain just by observing how I stood.
Within two sessions, chronic pain reduced dramatically and I felt confident again. I learned the body is interconnected—aligned feet guide everything. Now I live mostly pain-free and enjoy activities I loved before injury.
I look forward to more Practitioners being trained in the Body Story Method!"
Jane Kennedy - BSM Client

“I’ve been teaching Pilates for years, but this helped me finally understand the why behind my clients’ movement patterns. I’m now able to spot imbalances and correct the root causes — not just the symptoms. It’s already making a big difference in my sessions.”
-
“This training gave me a new awareness of how my own body responds to emotions — and how that shows up in others. Combining it with my background in NLP, dance, and yoga has been eye-opening. It’s going to deeply enrich my client sessions.”
— Carla, NLP Practitioner & Yoga Teacher -
“Thanks to the Body Story Method, I had the most amazing session with a new client carrying deep emotional trauma. I was able to tune into her emotional needs and translate that into movement. She left feeling incredible — after trying everything else, this finally helped her feel real relief. I’m so grateful to be putting this work into practice.”
— Pilates Instructor -
It’s helped me truly understand what my clients’ bodies are saying — even when they can’t express it in words. My sessions are now deeper, more connected, and far more impactful.”
— Tamika, Yoga Teacher & Business Owner
