Anxiety doesn't look the same in every body. This workshop focuses on the two most common patterns I see in both practitioners and their clients.
The person who is always on.
Pushing through regardless of how they feel - because stopping has never felt like an option. Hip tension. Back tension. Jaw tension. A body permanently braced to be on all the time. Their anxiety doesn't look like falling apart. It looks like control. It looks like someone who has it all together. Underneath - a nervous system running on high alert that has forgotten how to let go.
If nothing shifts: the overworking continues, the body keeps overriding its own signals, the inflammation builds quietly.
What becomes possible: a foundation of calm built from the inside out. Learning to be present, to trust, to be guided by the body rather than driven by hustle or control.

I know what it is to have a nervous system that won't settle.
I grew up in Johannesburg - a place where survival wasn't a metaphor. When I immigrated, my nervous system didn't get the memo. I spent ten years in talk therapy understanding why. What I couldn't do was feel safe.
Because understanding something with your mind is not the same as your body feeling safe.
Over 25 years working with clients - from top athletes to postnatal women to CEOs, practitioners to children - I kept seeing the same thing: anxiety lives in the body long before it finds words. And when you learn to read it there, something shifts that no amount of thinking has been able to reach.
