Hi, I’m Claudia Domancie

I’m a Mum of 2 living in Melbourne Australia, originally from South Africa. I love hiking in nature with my husband and boys, eating out and I’m always keen for a challenge.

I’ve been lucky enough to have been mentored by professionals at the top of their field and I’m humbled to have helped thousands of clients to transform their minds and bodies for 25+ years through various holistic methodologies.

I’m a Diploma Qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor, Third generation Clinical Pilates Teacher, Advanced NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Reflexologist, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Healer and Personal Trainer.

Clients I’ve worked with include Professional Athletes, Judges, Doctors, Osteopaths, Mums, Post Trauma, PostNatal Clients, Celebrities, clients with injuries, post-operative, Neurological Conditions, Disc Bulges and clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression and much more.

For over 25 years I’ve worked alongside GPs, Surgeons, Alignment Professionals to ensure clients are in safe hands and we’re not just managing their pain but reducing the pain and in alot of cases healing clients by totally rebalancing their body, mind and Nervous System.

The way I work incorporates my experience with working with the Nervous System, resetting muscle memory and thought patterns. Growing up in a dangerous and violent place called Johannesburg South Africa, I experienced trauma and suffered PTSD, Depression and Anxiety for many years.

I found ways of recovering from PTSD, anxiety, depression and PTSD through dedicating 25 years of my life to studying the mind and body and how to heal from trauma.

I’ve synthesised my experience from working with thousands of clients and combined my knowledge from methodologies I’m qualified in and created a powerful transformational method called the Body Story Method.

The Body Story Method teaches Pilates Teachers, Yoga Teachers, Healers, Acupuncturists, Counselors, Psychologists and Body Workers to read their clients better and know what’s happening physically, emotionally and energetically before they speak to uncover what’s holding them back and surfacing to be healed.

I run in person and online trainings to help all Change Workers to help their clients at a much deeper level to reduce chances of their emotional or physical pain recurring by resetting the nervous system, mind and body through quick, subtle and effective techniques.
