I’m a mum of two living in Melbourne, originally from South Africa. I”ve lived through alot of trauma and come through the other side of anxiety, depression, PTSD — all while raising a family, running a business, and “trying to keep it all together”.

I’ve walked that road myself and learned to heal through what my body tells me.
And I want you to know — healing is possible.

A Journey Rooted in Experience & Compassion

I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa — a place where danger and violence were part of daily life. Like many, I’ve lived through trauma. I’ve felt the suffocating grip of anxiety, the exhaustion of depression, and the confusion of PTSD.

But I found my way forward — not through medication or endlessly talking about painful memories — but by deeply understanding the body, the nervous system, and the mind’s power to reset and heal.

Over the past 25+ years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others do the same.

Who I am

Beyond being a Mum, foodie and a nature lover who enjoys hiking with my husband and kids — I’m also:

I’ve had the privilege of being mentored by world-class professionals and working with thousands of clients —

from professional athletes and medical experts to mums, trauma survivors, and those battling chronic emotional and physical pain.

After decades of working with hundreds of clients from diverse backgrounds—including individuals dealing with disc bulges, neural conditions, fractures, tears, post-operative recovery, injuries, postnatal challenges, children, anxiety, depression, as well as high-performing professionals such as celebrities, top athletes, doctors, judges, and surgeons—I came to a powerful realization.

Despite their varied stories and symptoms, all shared a common thread:

A lack of awareness around certain aspects of themselves, a patterned response to stress, and a tendency to suppress emotions. These emotional and physiological responses often manifest in the same areas of the body, shaped by what I call the "Body Story." Many clients were also unaware about a big part of the actual story happening on a deeper level—especially in the absence of a true sense of calm and safety, which is essential for deep healing.

Through this understanding of the nervous system, movement, energy, and mindset, I developed The Body Story Method -

A powerful healing process designed to help people reset emotionally and physically, without needing to relive past trauma or rely on medication.

This method is for those who are ready to release what’s been stuck, heal what the body has been holding, and move forward feeling lighter, stronger, and freer.
