Meet Your Host And Trainer Claudia
Claudia Domancie is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and is qualified in a wide range of complimentary modalities, including Reflexology, Pilates, Yoga, NLP (Master Practitioner), Reiki, Aromatherapy, and Mentorship.
After experiencing trauma while living in South Africa, Claudia struggled for years with anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
Despite a decade of talk therapy, healing remained elusive—she never felt truly safe to share her full story or explore the darker emotional depths, fearing she wouldn't find her way back or that the person listening wouldn’t be able to help.
What she lacked was a deep internal sense of safety.
She realized she needed a different approach…
One that didn’t rely on retelling or reliving the past. Instead, she turned to body-based healing, drawing on her own expertise to move beyond the mind and into the body, allowing for real transformation without retraumatization.

No, all you need is a space to move.
Are these sessions group mat sessions?
No, sessions include a Body Story reading where we look at how your body is positioned, the side you favour and how emotions are being held in your body. The exercises are specific to what your body is needing and you will get the recording to download.
Is this a challenging sweat session?
These exercises are not a cardio workout - they will reset your nervous system, muscle memory and help reduce scar tissue from previous injuries you may not have healed from fully
How are Body Story Sessions different from other movement sessions like Pilates, Yoga, Feldenkreist, PT?
With Body Story Method sessions - we go beyond what you’re consciously aware of. We work on the myofascial network in order to help the transformation and strength last in your body. Working with the body as a holistic system - we reduce the chances of injuries and pain recurring, help you include things in your day that your body is craving and help you feel lighter and more connected to your body.

Wear anything comfortable and have a space to move. If you have accessories or weights you’d like to include - feel free to bring them to the session
How many sessions will I need and how often will I need to have them?
You will feel a difference after just one session and how many depends on what the issue is.
